MR.
LIE CHAU PIN, PAUL CEO
As the Managing Director (CEO) of Niaga Finance Co. Ltd. (NFC), Mr. Paul Lie, has had over 30 years of experience in the banking and financial industry. He started out as an Internal Auditor at the Union Bank of Hong Kong Ltd. In 1980, Mr. Lie became the Operation Manager at Acme Finance Ltd. And in 1982, Acme Finance Ltd. was subsequently taken over by PT. Bank Niaga Tbk. and was renamed as NFC. Having been at NFC for over 20 years, Mr. Lie has been Head of Operations, Alternate Chief Executive and Managing Director (CEO.) Additionally, Mr. Lie is the Managing Director of Niaga Remittance Ltd., NFC¡¦s subsidiary and Director of NFC¡¦s holding company, Royal Delight Ltd.

JETY TEH
Deputy CEO
Director of Niaga Finance Co. Ltd. (NFC), Ms. Jety Teh, holds a Bachelor Degree in Economics with a major in Accounting. She joined PT Bank Niaga Tbk. Indonesia in December 1986 and was transferred to NFC in February 1995 as Marketing Manager. Ms. Teh has been Head of Marketing Department, and was appointed Alternate CEO of NFC in August 1999. She was promoted to Director in December 2004. With more than 18 years in the banking and financial business, Ms. Teh is also Director of NFC¡¦s holding company, Royal Delight Ltd. and NFC¡¦s subsidiary, Niaga Remittance Ltd.

TJANDRA MINDHARTA GOZALI
Director
Mr. Tjandra Mindharta Gozali has more than 30 years of experience in International Business and is currently involved in various areas of business including shoe manufacturing, palm plantation and processing, property development and banking & financial services. Mr. Gozali joined Niaga Finance Co. Ltd (NFC) in December 2004 as Director. He is also the Commissioner and Single Majority Shareholder of a local Indonesian bank, namely Bank Yudha Bhakti. |

PEK TENG BENG
Director
Mr. Pek Teng Beng has had over
40 years of experience in the Banking Sector. The most prominent
entrepreneur figure in the professional world, Mr. Pek is also
widely known in the business society in Indonesia. He is the
Chairman of Tamara Group and has been actively involved in the
mining industry, manufacturing industry and trading industry.
Currently he is the Honorable Advisor for China Indonesian
Chamber of Commerce and actively participates in the Government
International Economic Forum. Mr. Pek joined Niaga Finance Co.
Ltd. (NFC) in February 2005 as Director. |

MR.
HADY HARTANTO
Director
Mr. Hady Hartanto was
appointed as Alternate Director on Dec 2004 and changed to
Executive Director on Feb 2006. He has over twenty years of
experience in various China and Indonesian Business Market such
as Manufacturing, Foreign Investment Services Consultant and
Petrochemical Refinery. Mr.Hady graduated from the Airlangga
University with a degree of Social and Politic Study. He is now
the Director of Super Industrial Group (Hong Kong), CFO Guangcai
Energy (HK) Ltd., Electrolux (Motor) Patent Ltd. and China New
Development Petrochemical Refinery Ltd. in Panjin China, also
the Chairman of JIC Wood Ltd. |
